Can i return a card or custom illustration?
Yes, you may return any item up to 14 days after you've received your order in the mail.
can i order a card with slightly different wording?
Yes, but this would be considered a custom painted version of the card. You cannot order a custom printed card, but we are happy to make it customized for you! Simply select the 4x6 Painted Card option for the illustration you want and include an additional note with the specifications you'd like to change.
can i order an 8x10 illustration without the words?
Yes, simply include an additional note with the specifications you'd like to change.
what is your process like, do you paint everything individually?
All paintings and illustrations are original creations, which are then digitally printed to order. Any card or illustration can be custom-painted at your request. Simply select the style variation you want before proceeding to checkout.
can i request a custom order (card or painting) that's completely unique?
